We deeply appreciate your consideration of the impact that last-minute cancellations can have on both our practitioners and fellow clients. Mutual respect and understanding are vital for maintaining a harmonious environment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

For no-shows without any notice, the full session fee will be charged.

We also have a Late Arrival Policy to ensure everyone's session goes smoothly:

Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, your session will still end as scheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling, with a late arrival fee of $20.
